In principle, you don't need to bring anything with you. A towel is always included in the admission price, you can rent flip-flops for a fee of €3.00, shower gel is available in all shower areas, and we have hair gel and body lotion available for you in the changing rooms.
Anyone who is at least 18 years old, appears to be male, and is not visibly under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs is allowed to enter.
In addition to cash, we also accept card payments (EC, MAESTRO, VISA & MASTERCARD) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. There is no minimum purchase amount for card payments.
In principle, until we close. After 12 hours, we charge €3 for each additional hour or part thereof. This is done automatically by the cash register system and our employees have no influence on these additional charges.
The entire interior of the facility is smoke-free, but smoking is permitted on the terrace at any time of day.
You can move around our entire facility naked, wearing a towel, swimwear, or even jockstraps. It's up to you to decide.
Our only rule: please wear swimwear or a towel in the bar area.
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available—the password is displayed in the changing room, or simply ask one of our friendly staff members.
Photography and filming are prohibited throughout the entire facility. Cell phone use is only permitted in the bar area, the conservatory, and by the pool. If you are interested in having your photo taken at our facility, just let us know—we occasionally offer small photo shoots outside of opening hours.
We keep track of your consumption during your stay using a cash register system linked to your locker key; you only need to pay when you check out at the cash desk.

With our multi-visit passes, you can save a lot compared to single-visit tickets. In addition, the pass is also valid in the Ruhrwellness Sauna Mülheim and Insel Sauna Münster .
You can obtain vouchers from our friendly staff directly at the cash register. You can choose between a single admission, a 5-visit pass, and a 10-visit pass.
With us, you can enjoy yourself anywhere without worry, including in the water, of course. And water quality is not compromised. Sophisticated water treatment systems ensure that the water in our pools is always in tip-top condition.
In addition, all pools are sampled once a month by an independent institute and the test results are then forwarded to the Cologne Health Department.
Changing rooms are available free of charge for everyone throughout the sauna.
What if you want a little more privacy? No problem! We also have comfortable cabins in the rear building that you can rent (6 hours for €19.00). They come with their own key, blanket, extra towels, and much more. Just ask our friendly staff at the cash register/bar.
(Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve comfort cabins in advance.)
There are two French toilets in the rear building. You can purchase the necessary equipment at our ticket office.
We are located in the city center and do not have our own parking facilities. The “Im Klapperhof” and “Alte Wallgasse” parking garages are located nearby.
